We are proud to offer free global shipping services to customers with orders over $80 (excluding buy one get one free products)! If there is “free shipping” on your order, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount when it comes to “returns and refunds”.

Please note that it takes an average of 5 to 10 working days to complete your order before shipping. Please rest assured that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible! After the order is placed, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 16 working days depending on your country or region. Please consider that any holidays, natural disasters, or epidemics may affect the delivery time.

Address Error Disclaimer:

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the entered delivery address is correct and error free. We make every effort to expedite processing and delivery times, so there is always a small window to correct incorrect delivery addresses. Please contact us immediately [email protected] If you believe that the delivery address you provided is incorrect.

Please carefully confirm your shipping information before placing an order. Unfortunately, after the package is sent out, it is not possible to modify the delivery details or cancel the delivery midway. If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details provided, the package will be destroyed directly and will not be returned to the sender for overseas reasons. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping and item fees. And it is not eligible for any refund.

For pre ordered or postponed products:

If your order includes pre ordered or deferred items, we will immediately ship any items we have in stock and ship pre ordered or deferred items as soon as they are available. Therefore, if you order multiple items on one order but only receive a portion of them, don’t worry, you will soon receive other items.

Track your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to track the package’s journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.

return goods:

After placing the order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on how to return a product.

Lost/stolen packages:

flaxfable.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not yet received it, please report to your respective carrier in the information provided to you on our tracking page.
